Should I book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking via Zalo or hotline to secure your preferred time — especially evenings and weekends, when 6-9pm slots fill up fast.
It's my first massage — which package should I choose?
If you're new to acupressure, start with a Body massage — soft and soothing. If one area clearly aches (shoulders, back), a 60-minute deep package for that area works better. Our reception is happy to advise, free of charge.
Which package for neck and shoulder fatigue?
Mild, recent fatigue: 30-minute Neck & Shoulder (99k) is enough. Long-standing desk fatigue: choose Deep Neck & Shoulder 60' (199k) so the therapist has time to work thoroughly. Want your feet cared for too? Pick a Neck & Shoulder + Foot combo.
Are there any surcharges?
Optional add-ons: hot stone or cupping with a package 40k; gua sha + cupping with a package 70k. Everything is quoted upfront — no surprises.
Is there a private room? How much extra?
Yes. Private room surcharge by duration: 60' is 60k, 75' is 75k, 90' is 90k. Couples booking a VIP package get the private room free.
Can two of us get massaged in the same room?
Absolutely. Every VIP package has a two-guest price and a free private room for couples — you're cared for at the same time, each with your own therapist.
Can I choose a male or female therapist?
Yes. When booking, simply pick 1 Male, 1 Female, 2 Male, 2 Female or 1 Male + 1 Female right in the form. We'll match your request whenever therapists are available for that slot.
Which packages include the foot soak and tea?
Single packages from 60 minutes include a free herbal foot soak and chrysanthemum tea. Deep-therapy and VIP packages already include the soak plus extra treats like yogurt and snacks.
Is my name required when booking?
No. Only your phone number is required; adding your name, service and time just helps reception confirm faster.
Do I need to transfer a deposit?
Usually not. Some peak slots may require one — reception will let you know directly via Zalo/hotline. Please only transfer after confirming with the spa.
