- Less of that heavy, drained-out feeling that lingers for days on end.
- Less of that regret of finishing one area while another still feels untouched.
- Less tossing and turning at night because your body is still tense when you lie down.
- Fewer separate visits needed — one session covers several areas at once.

When your whole body is tired, you need a fuller session
After a stretch of long overtime, a trip away for work, or weeks of broken sleep with a young child, your body doesn't ache in just one spot — it aches everywhere at once. Choose neck-and-shoulder work and you leave your back untouched; choose the back and your legs are still heavy. At times like this, what you need isn't a clever choice between areas — it's permission to give yourself one complete session.
A full-body session at Tam Dac follows a set sequence — back, shoulders, arms, legs — then circles back to whichever area you say is most tired, so nothing gets skipped and your body has real time to fully let go.

Caring for the whole body, not just one area at a time
- A set sequence moving evenly through the back, shoulders, arms and legs, then back to whichever area you say is most tired.
- A 60 to 100 minute session, giving the therapist time to work slowly instead of rushing to finish.
- A VIP option with a private room and two beds, ideal if you're coming with a partner or a friend.
- A herbal foot soak and chamomile tea before the session, as a gentle start that helps your body settle.

Frequently asked questions
Should I choose full-body or work on one area?
If you're clearly tired in just one area, a focused package goes deeper in the same amount of time. If you're tired in many places or feel drained all over, a full-body session fits much better.
How long should a full-body session be?
60 minutes is enough for one full pass over the body. 75 to 100 minutes gives the therapist more time to linger on whichever area is most tired.
How is VIP different from a regular package?
It differs in duration, having a private room, and the extra steps included. See the VIP package page or the comparison article below for details.
Can two people share the same room?
Yes, with the VIP Luxury 2-guest option or a private-room surcharge. We recommend booking ahead, as the number of twin rooms at each branch is limited.
Should I shower right after the massage?
It's best to rest for 20–30 minutes and drink some warm water before showering, and avoid very cold water right after your session.
What if I have a fever, recent surgery, or an underlying condition?
Please let us know in advance and check with your doctor. We provide relaxation care, not medical treatment.
